Gift cards / Merchandise:  All retail items, custom orders, sale of new or used equipment, or gift cards are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. 

Classes:  No refunds on courses or digital training materials (apps). All courses require Liability Forms, Minor Consent Forms (when applicable) and Medical History Form (a primary medical professional / physician’s endorsement may be required prior to water activities). Make-Up and additional pool/class time are available for an additional fee. Certifications must be completed within 6 months of purchase.

Trips / Excursions / Events:  All deposits and trip payments are non-refundable. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND purchasing trip insurance and/or medical insurance to protect yourself and the value of your trip (within 14 days of initial deposit) - Trip insurance or supplemental medical insurance is never included with our products or services.

Equipment Repairs / Warranties:  By completing payment of invoice, customer agrees that they have received ALL equipment and/or services listed on invoice. Customer will verify that the equipment has been checked and is in good working condition and customer assumes full responsibility and all liability for said equipment and its use. Repairs have a 90 day warranty from the date of service (for minor adjustments only). Items left behind / not picked up by the customer for more than 30 days from of notice of completion by any member of Professional Diving Addicts (by verbal communication, phone, text message or email) will be considered abandoned and Professional Diving Addicts has the approval to dispose of all items. Professional Diving Addicts is not responsible for any equipment not picked up by the customer after 30 days.

Equipment Rentals:  Rental equipment is charged by the time it is away from the store, no refunds if you don't use it. Scuba Equipment rentals require a current scuba certification card and are limited to one set of equipment per diver. Customer assumes FULL responsibility for all rented equipment and will be fined / charged for any equipment that has been lost, damaged, misused, incorrectly used, missing pieces, stolen parts, or any other additional damage not previously mentioned as well as any additional services need to return any / all equipment to proper manufacturer standards.
